This week Carolina and I will be demonstrating some of our favorite mobilization and activation exercises that we utilize with many of our clients. If your fitness center has a stretching table this is your opportunity to get some use out of it! If not, lie a foam mat on the floor and that will work just fine as well. You can perform these exercises either in the beginning or end of your workouts, or you can even perform them in between sets.
